Terms of Service
Last updated November 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Petition Club at petitionclub.com ("Petition Club," "we," "us" or "our"). They cover our website, petitions, free gift offers, the Petition Club membership and the members store (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, signing a petition, placing an order or starting a membership, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, live in the United States, and be able to enter into a binding contract to claim a gift, place an order or become a member. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements. Some products may be restricted where you live, and you are responsible for following your local laws.
2. Petitions
When you answer a petition, we record your answer, the email address you give us and basic technical information such as your IP address and browser. Signing a petition does not guarantee any political or legal outcome. Petition Club is not a government agency, and we may publish or share petition results in aggregated form that does not identify you.
3. Free gift offers
Gifts are free. You pay only the shipping and processing fee shown at checkout. Gift offers require a Petition Club membership, as stated at checkout. You may claim an offer more than once while supplies last, and the item, its look and its availability may change without notice. We may cancel and refund any gift order we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abuses the offer. Once your gift order is placed, it is yours to keep whether or not you later cancel your membership.
4. Membership, free trial and automatic renewal
Free trial. New members receive a 3-day free trial. Free trials are limited to one per person, household or payment method. If you have had a membership before, your membership starts without a trial and the first charge is made at checkout.
Price and renewal. Unless you cancel before your free trial ends, your membership renews automatically and the payment method you used at checkout is charged $29.99 every 21 days, plus any applicable tax, starting when the trial ends and continuing every 21 days until you cancel. The price, trial length and billing period you agreed to are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Payment methods. Card and wallet payments (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link) are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. You authorize us and our payment processors to store your payment method and charge it for membership fees and for any store purchases you choose to make. Charges appear on your statement under a name that includes "Petition Club" or "PETITIONCLUB.COM". PayPal charges appear in your PayPal account.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it. If it still fails, your membership may be paused or ended. You can update your card from your account at any time.
Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before any change to your membership price takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Member benefits. Membership gives you access to the members-only Petition Club store. Store products are sold separately and are not included in the membership fee. Benefits may change over time, and we will tell you before any material change.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account and asking us to cancel. Email is the only cancellation method.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period. You will not be charged again, and you keep member access until that date. We will email you to confirm your cancellation. To avoid being charged, email your cancellation request before your free trial ends.
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, including when the membership or its benefits were not used. We do not provide refunds or credits for past membership charges, partial billing periods or unused membership time, except where required by law.
6. Billing questions and chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge, please email [email protected] first. We can usually fix a billing problem faster than your bank can. If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayPal without contacting us, or after we have already refunded it, we may cancel your membership and decline future orders.
7. Store purchases
Prices are in US dollars, and we ship to US addresses only. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing or description error, stock problems or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after charging you, we refund the amount charged. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. Shipping times and lost packages are covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Refund Policy.
8. Your account
We sign you in with one-time links sent to your email address. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity in your account, and you must give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false information or sign petitions on behalf of other people; abuse gift or trial offers, including by using multiple identities; use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Service; interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only for your own personal, non-commercial use. To report content you believe infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with a description of the work, where it appears on the Service, and your contact details.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as payment processors, shipping carriers and email providers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETITION CLUB AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Petition Club and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. Before filing any claim, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects your membership, we will email you before it takes effect. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel your membership. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
